1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the rules and guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations for digital memberships, learning courses, events, and donations processed through the Indic Warriors platform (indicwarriors.com).

Our founders (Mohan Rao Balaga and Bhanumati Mishra) operate this platform purely out of community service and goodwill, without drawing personal profits. All financial transactions are managed and processed under the direct responsibility of our Accounts Incharge and Respondent, **Premchandra Dubey**.

2. Cancellations

2.1 Membership & Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your premium membership or ongoing subscription plan at any time. Upon cancellation, your membership privileges will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle, and no further automated payments will be charged.

2.2 Event & Webinar Cancellations

Registrations for webinars, workshops, or offline events can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the event by sending a request to our accounts support email.

3. Refunds

3.1 Eligibility Window

We offer a 7-day refund window for course purchases and premium space memberships. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a formal refund request within 7 calendar days of your initial transaction.

3.2 Non-Refundable Transactions

The following transactions are strictly non-refundable:

• Voluntary donations made to support Indic Warriors community projects.
• Refund requests submitted after the 7-day post-purchase window.
• Subscriptions that have already entered their active billing period without prior cancellation.
• Partial utilization of a billing period.

3.3 Refund Processing and Timelines

Approved refund requests will be processed automatically back to the original mode of payment used during the transaction. Please allow **7 to 14 business days** for the refund to reflect in your bank account, card statement, or wallet, depending on the processing cycles of our payment gateway partners (Razorpay).

4. Legal Responsibility & Jurisdiction

Indic Warriors is operated on a selfless and voluntary basis by its founders. All financial matters, payments, and refund decisions are handled by our Accounts Incharge.

All legal claims, disputes, cancellations, or refund disagreements are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of **Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India**.
